Expressions of Interest - Traineeship Opportunity WA

Our client is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated and compassionate individuals interested in undertaking a Certificate III in Individual Support traineeship.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while making a meaningful difference in the local community.

The successful applicant will work alongside experienced support staff while completing a Certificate III in Individual Support.

The role involves assisting older members of the community through an aged care support program, helping clients maintain their independence and continue living safely in their own homes.

• Has a genuine interest in aged care or community services
• Is caring, patient, and reliable
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is willing to learn and complete the required study components
• Holds, or is willing to obtain, a National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
• Holds a current driver’s license (preferred)

• On-the-job training and mentoring
• Support to complete your Certificate III qualification
• A rewarding role within a supportive community organisation
