Quality and Compliance Manager, Aged Care – Lower North Shore
We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the Quality and Compliance Department on a fixed 12-month contract with one of our award-winning Aged Care Provider clients, in Sydney's Lower North Shore.Our client has a proud history as a not-for-profit providing support to older members of the community to live with choice, dignity, and wellbeing.You will be required to support all the departments to maintain the Accreditation Standards and be the key point of contact for all Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission visits, including overseeing the re-accreditation process of four campuses. Reporting to the Director of Quality, Compliance and Risk, you will develop and maintain Quality Assurance Initiatives that are aligned with organisational strategy, legislative requirements, and internal policies.You will have previous management experience with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
