Facility Manager – Aged Care

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations and the Board of Directors you will lead staff and manage resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for their residents. About youTo be successful, you will have the following:Current unrestricted APRHA registration as a Registered Nurse.5 years Aged Care experience at a senior level.Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Standards, legislative/regulatory requirements related to Aged CareWorking knowledge and experience in meeting accreditation and other Aged Care audit standards including implementation of actions to improve outcomes for a medium Residential Aged Care facilityDemonstrated experience in developing and monitoring budgets that align with agreed KPIsAbility to balance strategic organisational objectives with high quality clinical outcomesHighly developed interpersonal and communications skillsTeam leadership skillsCurrent police check and flu vaccinationAustralian Full-time working rightsKey responsibilities will include but not limited to:Ensuring smooth operations of a medium sized established facilityAchieving all financial objectives and KPIsEffective HR and WHS managementEnsuring that facility meets all governance requirements as per The Aged Care Quality StandardsLeading, mentoring, and supportingEnsuring strong relationships and effective communication is maintained with customers, their families, local community, government departments, referrers, discharge planners, allied health representatives and other key stakeholders.To learn more about this exciting opportunity away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney apply now or call Amy directly for a confidential conversation on 0438 222 094   AUD Oberon 2787
